Funding Crisis Update

On 21st April, we prayed because three major funding contracts came to an end.  Two funders have agreed that they will continue funding: one covers healthcare work, and the other management and outreach.  As yet, we have no news from the third funder, which pays the childcare workers a small sum.

For the last few years, the Government have run a scheme that pays unemployed people a small amount for work in the community (roadside cleaning, cleaning clinics and schools), from May to January.  The Project has administered the scheme in Masoyi, with their own workers benefiting too.  They have applied for the same this year.

Please continue to pray.
