Feeding a sick patient

“My wife Fiona has been involved with the Masoyi project since 2006, and we have visited the project in South Africa since, numerous times.

“When I first visited the project I was struck by the impact workers had on the community, providing nutritious meals and social care to orphans, the elderly and those suffering from HIV/AIDS.  They have some amazing programmes such as early years education, a house building programme to provide children with a safe and secure environment, as well as serving over 200 meals a day to the community.

“I chose to run for Masoyi because I believe that the work they do is invaluable and that they truly empower the people they work with.”
