Peer Education Facilitators’ Work

From September’s Report:

“The facilitator is responsible for delivering skill training sessions and conducting mentoring sessions with peer educators. They are also responsible for activity planning and reviewing. The facilitator also assists peer educators with planning their activities, including talking to groups and lesson deliveries. They report on  weekly school activities during our team meetings and they take part in planning and delivering a programme of events.

“With the current coronavirus pandemic,  facilitators are working to assist schools with sanitising, checking temperatures and ensuring learners maintain social distancing in schools.”
